CAUTION: Do not use when pregnant. People with depression should avoid this formula or use with ¼ to ½ tsp of Passion flower.
Suggested Dosage: Extract:
Stress: ½ to 1 tsp 3 times daily as needed.
Insomnia: ½ to 2 tsps in warm water before retiring.
COMPLEMENTARY SUPPLEMENTATION: CALCIEX Whenever there is nerve involvement, calcium is very important. Calciex is a very good source of not only calcium, but also silica and other trace minerals, which are important for the feeding of the nerve sheath. Take ½ to 1 tsp 3 times daily.
