• an excellent demulcent soothes mucus membranes, reduces swelling and pain
Gravel root (Eupatorium purpureum)
• keeps calcium and other minerals in solution
• very soothing and relaxes the muscles
Lobelia (Lobelia inflata)
• an efficient relaxant, and counter-irritant
• enhances the effects of other herbs
Scullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora)
• reduces spasms and twitching muscles
Black Walnut (Juglans nigra)
• muscle and nerve food, helps build and strengthen
• has a natural form of fluoride useful in healing bones
Cayenne (Capsicum spp)
a stimulant; enhances action of other herbs
CAUTION: Refer with qualified practitioner when pregnant.
Suggested Dosage: ½ to 1 tsp 3 times a day, increasing dosage if necessary.
COMPLEMENTARY SUPPLEMENTATION: Use in conjunction with Regenerative Ointment and
