Oak Bark (Quercus alba)
• reduces swelling and increases the tone and firmness of the tissues – an excellent astringent
• can be used internally or externally for inflammations, fevers and infections

Red Clover (Trifolium pratense)
• a wonderful blood purifier
• healing to fresh wounds

Comfrey (Symphytum offic.)
• one of the best remedies for internal bleeding
• is a cell proliferant (active ingredient – allantoin) and will help heal broken bones, tendons, cartilage, sprains, and slow healing sores

Marshmallow (Althea offic.)
• soothes and heals inflames areas
• rich in calcium and silica much needed for bone repair

Mullein (Verbascum thapsus)
• an excellent demulcent soothes mucus membranes, reduces swelling and pain

Gravel root (Eupatorium purpureum)
• keeps calcium and other minerals in solution
• very soothing and relaxes the muscles

Lobelia (Lobelia inflata)
• an efficient relaxant, and counter-irritant
• enhances the effects of other herbs

Scullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora)
• reduces spasms and twitching muscles

Black Walnut (Juglans nigra)
• muscle and nerve food, helps build and strengthen
• has a natural form of fluoride useful in healing bones

Cayenne (Capsicum spp)
a stimulant; enhances action of other herbs

 

CAUTION: Refer with qualified practitioner when pregnant.

Suggested Dosage: ½ to 1 tsp 3 times a day, increasing dosage if necessary.
COMPLEMENTARY SUPPLEMENTATION: Use in conjunction with Regenerative Ointment and
