Suggested Dosage:
Apply to affected area 3 or 4 times a day. Covering the affected area may help promote absorption of the ointment and keep area clean, but it may be applied uncovered. For Cartilage and bone injuries massage with ointment, cover with saran wrap or similar substance that will keep the body heat in and open the pores so ointment will be absorbed. (do not use plastic wrap near face). Massage ointment on pulled muscles and tendons. Apply directly to a cut or bruise. Tension and related aches and headaches massage ointment into shoulders and neck or temples. May also be used for skin blemishes and acne, heat and diaper rash, hemorrhoid and piles, burns and general healing.
