Suggested Dosage: Puberty hormone imbalance, ½ to 1 tsp three times daily. Cramping and irregularity: 1 to 2 tsp. three times a day for 60 days – ½ tsp for four months even though symptoms may be alleviated. Menopause: 1 tsp three times a day for three to four months, then ½ tsp three times a day until transition period is over.
